We take our guests’ and clients’ well-being truly to heart! That is why we have established our very own quality guidelines:

WELCOME HOTELS has also joined the nationwide ServiceQualität Deutschland initiative that not only provides service based companies with accreditation but also works tirelessly to constantly achieve improvements to service and quality.
